League Setup

League buy-in is $60.  Buy-in submitted to my Venmo account @Shu-Money-1020.

Each player drafts 7 schools and select 4 schools each week to score the most points against another team’s 4 chosen schools.  Picks will need to be sent in prior to the first game of any school you’re picking that week.  For example, if you’re selecting a school that is playing a Thursday night game, that pick needs to be in before that game starts while you’re other 3 picks need made before their game starts. If no picks are submitted, the previous week’s selections will be used.

The team with the highest score in the matchup will be declared the winner. Should there be a tie, tie-breakers are listed below for matchups and end of season ties in the standings.

After Week 7 is completed, a redraft will take place and is available to all teams. You can drop as many schools as you’d like and any school that is dropped will be available to be drafted by another team. A player can redraft a school they dropped if they deem them the best available team remaining. The number of redraft spots per team will match the number of schools dropped. For example, if you drop 3 schools, you will have 3 redraft picks to make.

This year is a 14-week league schedule where each team will play the other 11 teams at least one time during the regular season. The season will start with Week 0 (combined with Week 1, more details below) and ending the week before conference championships. Team rankings will be based on winning percentage with tie breakers, outlined below.

There will be a weekly payout ($5) for the highest team score from the week. There will also be an end of the season payout ($25) for highest team score from the regular season. The scoring structure is also outlined below.

With the expanded playoff to 12 teams in College Football, we’re also expanding our playoff list to include 12 teams. There will be a payout at each phase of the playoffs.

The top 4 players in the final season standings will receive a payout (1st $40; 2nd $30; 3rd and 4th $25 each). Using the finishing order of the regular season, starting with 1st place, each team will choose one of the 12 CFP schools. If you select one of the top 4 schools, they have a 1st round bye and you will not be eligible for a 1st round payout. The playoff payout is listed below:

1st round winner: $12.50 each

2nd round winner: $40 each

Runner-up: $100

Champ: $200

Week 0 and Week 1

Week 0 and Week 1 games are looked at as 1 week. If you have a school that plays in both Week 0 and Week 1, you can select that school for either week or both weeks. If you select them for one of the two weeks (specifying which week you want), then you’ll make 3 other selections for Week 0/1. If you want to select a school for both weeks, then only 2 other selections will be made for Week 0/1.
